Jim AlexisThe focus of my fitness training instruction is to provide older adults, those 60 and older, with the basic fitness knowledge and exercise skills needed to live a physically active healthy lifestyle.

I am 68 years old and have been engaged in fitness training throughout my adult life.

Following a successful business career, I earned my Personal Trainer certification through the American Council on Exercise.

I am confident that I have developed a fitness program that assures you can achieve the level of physical fitness you deserve.
